Phil Mahr is the founder and Designated Broker of Mahr Realty & Management. Based in Scottsdale, Mahr Realty & Management provides management and investment services for real estate investment clientele.
Phil specializes exclusively in real estate management, including single family homes, condominiums, shopping centers and commercial office condos governed by HOAs or master community associations. With over 20 years of practical real estate experience combined with extensive specialized community association management expertise, Phil is a notable resource for clientele navigating HOA-governed real estate transactions. Phil’s experience extends from his native state of Arizona to Southern California and Florida.
Phil has considerable background in commercial property management, community association (HOA) management, and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, making him particularly knowledgeable in transactions involving HOA-governed properties.
Phil is a member of WeServe in Arizona and holds an LCAM management license in Florida.
Phil facilitates additional professional services for real estate investors, which include rehabilitation of distressed properties and maintenance of income properties. He also attends trustee auctions (the sale of real property sold by lenders as a result of defaulted loans) as a proxy bidder in Arizona and California for real estate investors.
